Go to START -> CONTROL PANEL -> Classic View, and Double click on the Firebird Server Manager.
Start the service.
Default settings should be:
Use the Gaurdian - ticked.
Run as a service.
Start automatically.
Go to START -> CONTROL PANEL -> Classic View, and Double click on the Firebird Server Manager.
